On Friday, the 22nd of August at 5:20 pm, Indie pop group The Kooks took the main stage at Reading Festival. Here’s what you need to know about it:


What songs did they play?


The band’s iconic performance included the following songs:

The most memorable moment came when they invited Pitch Perfect star Rebel Wilson on stage to help them sing a cover of Coolio’s Gangsta’s Paradise.

What’s next for The Kooks?


They are currently on their 2025 UK arena tour, stopping at several locations in the UK from the 3rd to the 11th of October 2025.
